Phase 1: Discovery & Website Blueprint
Every project begins with a paid discovery engagement.
During this phase, we clarify your goals, define your target customer, establish site structure, align on messaging, and determine the right platform and technical approach.
This phase ensures that the build is focused and strategic from the start. If we proceed with the full project, the cost of discovery is credited toward the build.
Phase 2: Custom Website Build
Once direction is locked, we design and build your website using WordPress or Shopify.
Every page is custom-designed and built specifically for your business, not adapted from a pre-made theme. Copywriting is included, with input from you, and design decisions are guided by clarity and usability.
You’ll review a near-complete draft, followed by refinement and final polish.
Phase 3: Launch & Support
After launch, we include a short optimization window to address minor tweaks, refinements, and support issues.
Ongoing maintenance and support is available through an annual support plan, covering updates, monitoring, and general assistance.
